Merry Christmas!

Sims Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you all had a fabulous day πŸ™‚

Thank you all so much for following my Sims 3 Legacy and 100 Baby Challenge through 2014, I’ve received so many supportive comments and positive feedback, you guys really are awesome πŸ™‚

You’ve probably noticed I’ve been away from both stories for a couple of months – among other things, THIS happened…

Sims issueThis was seriously a nightmare! I tried so many things to try and fix the problem and became very disheartened. Eventually my tech-savvy husband managed to fix it for me – turned out it was due to the most recent Windows update rather than a problem with the Sims itself!

So I managed to get the Sims up and running again, though I did have to re-install all my custom content (and believe me, I have a LOT). Unfortunately, in that process I accidentally installed some corrupt content that I taken ages to find and remove earlier this year, but had ended up in my back-up folder…

BUT, the happy news is that I have sorted that issue also and my Sims are up and running and actually playing smoother than ever after a good clean out – yay! So apart from Zahra randomly now having very blue eyeshadow (which I can’t change because she’s pregnant!) everything is back to normal.

So to wrap this up, the Maldini crime legacy and Zahra’s baby challenge will be returning in full force in 2015 and I can’t wait to share their stories with you all!

Happy Holidays everyone and happy simming!!!

Tell me about it – I’m used to lots of little problems, but being unable to get the game to even start and having no idea why was awful! Anyway, I’m glad I can play again now πŸ™‚

Glad to see you back! πŸ™‚ You can actually change her blue eyeshadow and anything else on her (clothing, makeup, hair, looks, etc) by installing Master Controller.

Oh cool, I didn’t know that, thanks for the tip! It’s such a pain when my sims get pregnant before I remember to change them into the maternity clothes I want and then they look terrible and I can’t change it! πŸ˜€

      • Stormy says:

Yeah I know, lol. You can actually do a lot with the Master Controller and you can change them at any time no matter what. Even when they’re in the middle of doing something, like moving for instance. πŸ™‚
